Not much else in the coffers from Chicago, so I thought I'd dig back to my last trip to Death Valley, from almost three years ago. Fresh dispatches to come, probably starting tomorrow. I don't think the 'rents and I will make it to this particular part of the valley, which I blogged about here. But there will be much other desert action, luckily right before they're gonna get some crazy storm system coming through. Here's what's stuck in my head today:
